Green “Ice Cream” Smoothie
Fresh & Raw, this smoothie hits all of your nutritional needs to start the day. It’s a year-round favorite in my house.
Blend together:
1-2 cups of fresh baby kale
2 cups coconut water
1/2 avocado
2 small bananas
1/2 cup of soaked-overnight, raw cashews
1 inch ginger root
1 inch vanilla pod or 1 tbs of vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
