Yummy and Light: Creamsicle Smoothie

This is my favorite Summertime Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3 organic navel oranges or 8oz of fresh-squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup cubed, frozen cantaloupe melon
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite yogurt (cashew works best for this recipe)
  • 4-6oz of organic coconut water
