Delicious Smoothie Recipe


Yummy and Light: Creamsicle Smoothie
This is my favorite Summertime Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 3 organic navel oranges or 8oz of fresh-squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 cup cubed, frozen cantaloupe melon
- 1/2 cup of your favorite yogurt (cashew works best for this recipe)
- 4-6oz of organic coconut water
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy. You can add your favorite collagen, protein powder, amino acids, a dash of creatine for a powerhouse version to start your day with a little burst of sunshine.
